Young Life is Precious explores the challenges of children under five in Papua New Guinea.
While it’s widely acknowledged that the growth of the country’s mining sector has led to a growth in the nation’s gross domestic product, it’s still exceedingly obvious that the majority of the population is yet to have benefited. Preventable diseases such as malnutrition and pneumonia in addition to HIV/AIDS are responsible for the country’s high infant mortality.
Futu manu in Timor-Leste
In Timor-Leste the only legal form of gambling known in the local language Tetun as Futu Manu. Vicious fights to the death that usually involve large numbers of of onlookers waging bets for a win can be found around the country.
After the war in Gaza

While the Egyptian governments plans to build an underground barrier that would stop all tunnels under the Rafah crossing life in Gaza looks even further unstable.
Amongst the chaos and the constant threat of war from their neighbours just beyond the large cement wall the community in Gaza still thrives.
