In 2023/24, I have captured the intense realities of emergencies across Australia, from bushfires to tropical cyclones, for the Australian Red Cross. As a photographer and filmmaker operating in high-pressure, complex situations my role demands not only technical expertise but also a deep sensitivity when engaging with and documenting the experiences of communities in crisis. Beyond immediate coverage, I have produced compelling films, striking photo series, and dynamic social media content that highlight the ongoing efforts of Australian Red Cross programs. These initiatives focus on long-term recovery, bolstering community resilience and ensuring a stronger future.
